Jason Boucher is the former owner of a music promotions company.  He still assists friends from time to time within the extraordinary world of music promotions. Once a nominee for CMJ Music Director of the Year, Boucher uses his knowledge of music to book talent at a local night club. He was an essential participant at two area radio stations, WUNH 91.3 FM and WSCA – Portsmouth Community Radio. Boucher started as a Disc Jockey, but became both Promotions Director and Music Director at WUNH and again later at WSCA. Since 1997, he has been involved with Information Technology and first started testing Web Applications for a former Fortune 500 company while finishing college. Since then, the Internet and Web technologies have grown tremendously and so have Boucher’s skills. He now works within a Higher Education environment as a software trainer, support specialist, graphic designer, and Web 2.0 enthusiast. Receiving his B.A. in American Studies from Franklin Pierce University, Jason is well informed in media research and compassionately involved with the local music scene.
